Devyn felt called to the beauty industry from a young age. Her personal journey to happiness and self-confidence gives her the gift of connection and empathy not only behind the chair, but in friendship, and in life. With over 10 years experience, Devyn began her studies at Paul Mitchell Vanguard in Baton Rouge, LA. Here she was selected for the Phase II Honors program, and earned her class Philanthropy award for raising funds for The Coalition to Abolish Slavery (CAST) and Children’s Miracle Network (CMN).

Devyn’s notoriety at Vanguard awarded her with two sponsored educational studies to Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV. These life-changing opportunities allowed her exposure and training under master stylists Stephanie Kocielski, Takashi Kitamara, Angus Mitchell, Robert Cromeans, Lucie Doughty, and Colin Caruso, where she focused on creative cutting, color theory, and product knowledge.

After becoming the Kerastase educational leader and trainer for Air Salon and Blow Dry Bar, Devyn relocated to Atlanta to study color theory and hair correction, where she perfected her craft focusing on advanced color and haircare techniques.

Her passion for promoting self-love and giving the gift of confidence was enhanced by learning the art of extensions, which allowed her to create looks and perform corrective work that makes the hair of her clients dreams readily attainable. Devyn is certificated in tape-in extensions with Babe and Hair Talk USA, as well as handtied wefts, keratin tips and I-tip extensions with Bellami.
